Just bought this mop and REALLY like it. The adjustable settings are nice and the pads fit well and pick up a lot of dust/dirt. Instructions say to initially hold the steam trigger down for 30 seconds to get the unit working; I found it took awhile longer, but once it gets going it's great. Hope this mop lasts longer than my Shark did.
I'd like to find additional pads; went to buysiennaproducts.com and ordered them. Order was filled by another company who sent the wrong item; I've contacted them and hopefully this is just a simple mistake. If they don't have them, not sure how long the two original pads will last. Needed to launder them after cleaning two small floor areas before continuing on with cleaning so would like to have a few more on hand. They aren't cheap, but I found the mop for much less on Walmart's site than on Amazon so wouldn't mind paying for a few extra pads.
